Over the past year, we have worked tirelessly to improve and provide our partners and the community with health support solutions, achieving notable milestones in 2023:
Launch of two new services: mCare Health Kiosk and Mobifone gift program
mCare Health Kiosk
The mCare Health Kiosk project, a collaboration between TMA Innovation and MediExpress, provides health screening kiosks placed at pharmacies to optimize remote medical examination, overcoming barriers between patients and doctors during consultations.
The product helps check health indicators ranging from basic to advanced levels and allows direct consultation with doctors via video call from the kiosk. The data collected is used for consultation, diagnosis, and prescription purposes. Additionally, the platform supports storing health indicators, status, and medical records after each examination, facilitating easy tracking of the treatment process.
The mCare Health Kiosk has been deployed across a chain of pharmacies in Vietnam. The product is expected to contribute to improving remote medical examination and medicine sales at pharmacies.
Mobifone Gift Program:
Following comprehensive cooperation with Mobifone, one of Vietnam’s leading telecommunications service providers, TMA is the exclusive software provider for Mobifone’s customer and employee appreciation gift program. Mobifone has gifted nearly 200 Garmin branded watches and 150 GOCARE smart health monitoring watches.
This service optimizes mCare’s functions by collecting and monitoring health data through various tracking devices (smartwatches, specialized medical devices, etc.), delivering evaluations and timely notifications to users, their families, and healthcare professionals for timely support. The solution enhances health care effectiveness by real-time monitoring of health indicators, helping users and their loved ones stay informed about their health status.
Device Integration
One of the notable achievements of mCare in 2023 was the successful integration of over 30 wearable devices from major brands such as Apple, Samsung, Garmin, and Huawei. This integration diversified the ways mCare can be used and enriched the platform’s ecosystem. By aggregating data from multiple sources, mCare provides a comprehensive view of users’ health, helping both users and healthcare professionals make more accurate decisions regarding their lifestyle goals.
In addition, mCare made significant advancements in Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, successfully integrating with over 30 specialized devices. This breakthrough enables users to efficiently extract and digitize medical data from documents such as prescriptions and health measurement results. The enhanced OCR technology improves accuracy, saves time, and enhances overall efficiency in healthcare environments.
Regarding medication management, mCare has expanded its database to include over 60 standardized prescription templates covering various drugs and treatment methods. This feature streamlines the prescription process, minimizes errors, and ensures consistency in healthcare delivery.
Furthermore, mCare has integrated the latest InBody results into its platform, providing detailed assessments of body composition, including muscle mass, fat percentage, and water distribution. By combining InBody models, mCare enhances its ability to deliver precise information about users’ physical health, enabling personalized and targeted health recommendations.
Marketing Activities
In 2023, mCare achieved significant milestones by actively participating in numerous domestic events, including the prestigious AI4VN 2023 conference. This event provided a platform for mCare to showcase its innovative health monitoring solutions and attracted participation from experts, doctors, and stakeholders in Vietnam’s healthcare industry. Participation in AI4VN 2023 not only demonstrated mCare’s commitment to leveraging artificial intelligence in healthcare but also positioned the company as a leader in technological advancement within the field.
Moreover, mCare enhanced its brand presence by strategically disseminating information through various media channels such as newspapers and television stations (HTV7, HTV9). These media appearances helped increase public awareness of mCare’s cutting-edge technologies and their potential impact in the digital health landscape.
Achievements
mCare’s outstanding achievements have been recognized by the Vietnam Software and IT Services Association (VINASA). mCare was honored as one of the top 10 leading health technology companies in Vietnam, demonstrating its commitment to innovation, quality, and impact in the healthcare sector.
Plans for 2024
In addition, in Q1 2024, the mCare team is also focused on preparing for the continued rollout of two projects with partners in Vietnam. One of these is the GOCARE health monitoring support service – a comprehensive service that provides smart health monitoring devices (such as watches and rings) along with 24/7 medical support packages.
In 2024, mCare Health aims to expand its applications across various segments of the healthcare industry and further develop its solutions for international markets. By pursuing these goals, the mCare team seeks to strengthen its position as one of the leading companies in health monitoring technology. Through diversification, international expansion, research and development, collaboration with experts, and continuous quality improvement, mCare strives to make a positive impact on the healthcare industry as a whole and enhance the quality of life for individuals around the world.
