The system also allows family members to stay connected by sharing real-time health updates and daily activities of their loved ones, enhancing communication and peace of mind. This digital integration strengthens the relationship between seniors, caregivers, and families.
Additionally, Dien Hong has introduced a new daycare service, where elders spend their daytime at the senior house engaging in activities, health check-ups, and social interaction, then return home at night. Staff can continue health monitoring even when seniors are at home, ensuring uninterrupted care.
